“My wedding cake, created by Angela of Sweet Cake Creations, was an absolute dream come true! My wedding was very informal with a wildlife theme, and I had asked Angela to create a unique wedding cake that included a pair of moose with both chocolate and white cake layers for variety, but other than that to “just be creative.” The result was not only breathtakingly beautiful to look at, but delicious to eat as well – an exception to most wedding cakes. I was thrilled. It was 3 tiers with the top tier including a cake topper with a handsome pair of moose drinking from a stream. Angela was able to extend the stream from the plate right onto the top tier of the cake giving it a fabulous 3D look that everyone admired and wanted to photograph. The other two layers were meadow scenes with grass and flowers with a pair of deer, bears, and wolves. It fit so well with my wildlife theme it really pulled the room together. Angela really goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers are happy with her designs and flavors, and I would highly recommend her cakes for any special occasion. Her custom cakes are both a work of art and a great dessert – what more can you ask for?”

"When I needed a cake for my father's Going Away party, I knew Angela would come up with something spectacular. Since my father was leaving to spend several months in the West Indies, I sent Angela a few pictures of the sea turtles that are a symbol of the islands. Angela took those few pictures and created a realistic, phenomenal sea turtle cake! When we presented the cake at my father's party, everyone oohed and ahhed for a good five minutes. He started telling stories about the ocean wildlife and everyone happily listened. Finally, I realized that no one wanted to cut into the cake because it looked so perfect! I had to insist that despite the work of art in front of them, the best part about any cake (especially Angela's) is EATING it! So we lopped off the sea turtle's head and went to town, and of course the cake was as delicious as it was beautiful. My father has since returned from his extended vacation, and when he gets together to catch up with people, their first remark is often, "Remember that cake at your party..."
